Come meditate with me. Learn how to deeply relax and calm your mind.
Meditation is a great way to „train your brain“. It allows us to move more methodically and a little bit more carefully through our thoughts — and through the world. It is a great opportunity to take time out each day and to relax. It helps me to see thinks more clearly. Meditation can help you learn to stay centered and keep your inner peace. It shifts your awareness. A lot of us tend to overthink and over-identify with our thoughts and emotions, which can make appear things bigger than they are. And I see it on myself, a lot of times specific thoughts or feelings can agonize me for days on end.
Meditation offers me a break. That’s why I love teaching meditation. I created Calming Spot almost a year ago (in 2021). Calming Spot is a Soundbath and Meditation Studio where we host daily classes out at the beach in Santa Monica, California and in our Candlelight studio in Playa Vista, California. We host monthly „Mini Full Moon Festivals“ in Los Angeles.

We're hosting powerful self empowerment and manifestation workshops every month.
There are many different definitions of the word manifest, but the simplest would be that a manifestation is ‘something that is put into your physical reality through thought, feelings, and beliefs'.
This means that whatever you focus on is what you are bringing into your reality. You may focus and manifest through meditation, visualization, or just via your conscious or subconscious.
This process is called manifesting!
Like with the Law of Attraction, a manifestation is where your thoughts and your energy can create your reality. If you are constantly being negative and feeling down, then you are going to attract and manifest negative energy.
The first thing to do when manifesting is to take a look at your thoughts and feelings. Are you feeling negative? Do your thoughts surround negativity?
Manifestation doesn’t just work with your thoughts, there has to be a form of action on your part. Learn how to manifest your biggest dreams through visualization, journaling, meditation and more in our workshops.
